Collections Customer Service Representative

Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm Salary: $15 - $16 an hour
Collections Customer Service Representative’s Responsibilities
Take inbound calls collect payment information, and update customer toll road accounts.
Resolve disputed and escalated calls in a timely period.
Utilize 10-key data entry skills to process and verify license plate images recorded by toll road cameras.
Collections Customer Service Representative’s Qualifications
1-2 years of recent call center or collections experience; collections experience is a strong plus.
Typing or data entry skills (35 + WPM or 6500 kph)
Essential customer service skills and a professional attitude are always inviting.
Must be punctual by arriving on time.
Dispute resolution skills are a huge plus.
