Job Description
We are seeking a responsible individual to manage all facility maintenance aspects. This includes managing the upkeep of all manufacturing assets, performing all maintenance PMs and repairs in the building, managing the maintenance budget and resources, and overseeing all third-party work performed in the building. This position is a single stand-alone position. You will be managing yourself and your daily operations in the building solely. You must be a self-starter and able to manage your work proficiently and professionally.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Prior restaurant experience is desired but not required.
Must be able to read and speak English; bilingual Spanish speaking a plus
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift at least 50 pounds.
Practice proper sanitation procedures and adhere to regulations regarding hospitality service.
Proven experience as a maintenance manager or other managerial role
Experience in planning maintenance operations
Solid understanding of technical aspects of plumbing, carpentry, electrical systems, HVAC, etc.
Working knowledge of facilities, machines, and equipment
Ability to keep track of and report on activity
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities
Required to work 45+ hours per week, and may require working evenings, nights, weekends, holidays, and on-call emergencies,
High school diploma or equivalent; Degree from a vocational school or BSc/BA in business administration or facility management will be an advantage
Certified Maintenance Manager (CMM) will be a plus
RESPONSIBILITIES (INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO):
Communicate questions or issues to Management promptly
Work collaboratively with coworkers in a friendly and enthusiastic manner
Carry out daily inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues
Monitor all refrigeration equipment in the facility and maintain PM schedule for all equipment
Oversee all repair and installation activities
Manage all equipment inventory and organize
Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance
Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities for submittal to supervisor
Ensure health and safety policies are complied with
Follow all SOPs & monthly PMs for the Hall and ensure proper implementation
Uphold a professional work environment with all employees and staff
