Job Description

Job Title: Engraving Laser Operator

Location: Anahiem, CA

Pay rate: $20.00

Shift: 1st & 2nd

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Operate engraving and laser equipment and mark pH and ORP sensors, plugheads, and plastic and stainless steel parts and housings

Operate Pad Printing equipment

Operate Pin Stamping equipment

Mark products with part numbers, logos, code dates, model number, and certification number

Prepare and print operating manuals for packaging purpose

Configure box and package, tape, and label products

Report problems to Industrial Engineering or to the Manufacturing Manager

Qualifications

High School Diploma/GED required

One year of production assembly experience is required

Knowledge of laser and engraving equipment set-up and operating procedures.

Knowledge of pin stamping and pad printing equipment operations.

Knowledge of safe production assembly practices.

Knowledge of SAP procedures for work orders.

Knowledge of chemical and materials hazards, Safety Data Sheets, and proper handling and storage procedures.

Knowledge of packaging and labeling procedures.

Knowledge of basic staging procedures.

Read and understand prints, schematics, manufacturing procedures, and instructions.

Complete daily work assignments within agreed upon time frame.

Communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing.
