Salary Range: $80k-90k/year plus Bonus and Benefits.

About the role

As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring the culinary team to deliver exceptional food quality and service to our guests.

You will oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, including menu planning, food preparation, inventory management, cost control, and sanitation.

You will also assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of food quality standards for the outlets and banquets, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

You will collaborate with the restaurant manager and the sales team to create and execute catering and special events.

You will interact with the guests to ensure a positive dining experience, solicit feedback, and build loyalty.

About you

You have at least 3 years of experience as an Executive Chef or Sous Chef in a high-volume, upscale restaurant or hotel.

You have a passion for food and a flair for creativity. You are always looking for new ways to surprise and delight your guests with your dishes.

You have strong leadership and communication skills. You can motivate, coach, and train your staff to perform at their best.

You have excellent organizational and time management skills. You can handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

You have a positive and professional attitude. You can work well under pressure and handle challenging situations with grace.
