Pay

$30.00-$35.00 hourlydepending on experience and skills

Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in a retail/commercial setting, ensuring 100% operational functionality of customer stores.

Troubleshoot and accurately diagnose electrical problems, utilizing a strong understanding of electrical theory, lighting, and lamp and ballast knowledge.

Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to facilitate effective troubleshooting and component replacement for existing layouts, as well as the installation of new equipment.

Ensure compliance with local and national electrical codes, upholding the highest safety standards.

Effectively communicate with customers and team members, fostering collaborative efforts for the successful completion of projects.

Manage inventory supplies, maintain truck inventory, and adhere to store paperwork requirements, demonstrating organizational proficiency.

Obtain and maintain a DOT Medical Card/Chauffeurs Commercial License, possessing a valid drivers license and a clean driving record.

Pass a criminal background check and drug screen to meet employment requirements.

Maintain a professional presence in client facilities, providing excellent customer service and representing the company positively.

Clean and maintain job sites, tools, and vehicles to uphold a safe and organized work environment.

Leverage commercial electrical work experience, coupled with exceptional problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Perform any other related duties as required and assigned, contributing to the overall success of the team.

Job requirements

Journeyman, State or Master license -Required

2-5 Years of Experience as a Journeyman Electrician

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Excellent problem solving skills

Attention to detail

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond to emergency calls

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Must be authorized to work in the US.
