Job Description

This role involves outside territory sales requiring travel throughout the NORTHEAST REGION to meet with clients. You'll be based out of a remote home office, with up to 50% travel expectedESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Develop Specification business for commercial Hardened Wood offering.

Selling to commercial A&D firms, end-users and flooring contractors.

Develop and execute business plans to achieve quarterly sales objectives.

Proactively identify and strategize ways to capture new critical accounts.

Be a self-starter – Driven by goals and results.

Enjoy helping others with their visions and goals.

Maintain a thorough understanding of the industry, trends, products, and business channel.

Seek out your own leads, appointments and develop new client base.

Account Management and business development.

BA/BS Degree and minimum 3+ years of success in B2B Commercial Flooring Sales.

Must have strong relationships with the Commercial A&D firms in the market.

A hunter mentality with the ability to develop rapport and build trusted relationships.

Excellent problem solving, strategic thinking and negotiation skills.

Ability to confidently deliver presentations and engage with prospects over the phone and in person.

Solid skills in MS Office, CRM, and Math.

Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate effectively and demonstrate initiative.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a changing environment.

Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic environment.

Exceptional professional presence and strong business acumen.

Ability to Travel 50% of the time.
