Job Description
$85,000 - $100,000 yearly DOE + BonusResponsibilities:
Arrange suitable agreements and settle on the clients’ behalf when appropriate
Represent the client at hearings, trials, mediations, depositions, and litigation
Assess potential personal injury claims and provide legal advice to prospective clients accordingly
Research case law and premises liability, and gather insurance policies, medical expenses, medical records, and other evidence relevant to the case
Record and update the status of all case files in the case management systemQualifications:
Excellent negotiation, drafting, research, and communication skills are desired
Must be computer proficient
State license to practice law and State Bar Association membership is mandatory
Three years of personal injury litigation or trial experience in wrongful death, medical malpractice, personal injury, or civil litigation practice areas is a necessity
Up-to-date knowledge of personal injury law/ tort law, wrongful death, civil and family law, medical terminology, and medical malpractice is imperativeAbout Company
