Magnolia Bluffs Casino, purchased by Saratoga Casino Holdings, LLC in October of 2022, is the newest property to the three-casino brand. Situated in the heart of Natchez, MS, is the site where Learner's Mill opened up in 1828 and operated as a sawmill until 1962.We offer the local community and tourists daily entertainment with numerous slot machines, poker, blackjack and roulette tables, delicious dining options and weekend entertainment. In addition to our boasting casino, we operate a beautiful hotel with the areas only saltwater pool.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist in open and closing responsibilities of work area.

Ensure accurate record keeping including balancing cashiering stations at the beginning or end of the shift.

Responsible to assist in the training of staff.

Sets floor plans for the day.

Ensures the highest level of customer service according to ensuring standards of quality.

Adheres to established Food & Beverage policies and procedures.

Relays all guest compliments/complaints to the F&B Manager.

Maintains cleanliness and organization of all front of house as a whole.

Responsible for direct supervision of team members during shifts.

Able to fill in and perform other staff’s positions if need be.

Promotes outstanding customer service.

Recommend, document and issue discipline.

Ensures accurate record keeping, prepares, reviews, and analyzes reports.

Adheres to established Restaurant policies, labor regulations and liquor laws.

Performs all other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION: College Degree or equivalent preferred. ABC Certified/TIPS Certified/Serve Safe Manager Certification.

EXPERIENCE: Three (3) years restaurant experience in a supervisory capacity required, excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience with P.O.S. Systems; PC related systems preferred. Must possess thorough working knowledge of front and back of the house policies and procedures.

Other:

Able to lift and carry 30 lbs. occasionally.

Able to stand and walk for 6-8 hours.
