About the role:

The Commis de Rang assists the F&B Service Team in providing an enjoyable expertly served dining experience conforming to Four Seasons standards of excellence for quality, professionalism and friendliness. Our Commis de Rang clears tables and resets them neatly, rapidly and completely according to specification.

What you will do:

Provide an enjoyable dining experience through excellence for quality, professionalism, and friendliness.

Anticipate guest needs and satisfaction; offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.

Assist in clearing and resetting tables according to service standards

What you bring:

An outgoing personality and a can-do approach to an assigned task

Previous experience in F&B

Fluency in Italian and English

Schedule & Hours:

This position is based at the Four Seasons Hotel Florence and the contract is full time and seasonal. You must possess the legal right to work in Italy at the time of application.
