Responsibilities

Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements

Collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions

Perform month-end close procedures, including journal entries and account reconciliations

Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes

Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy of financial reporting

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field

CPA designation preferred but not required

1-2+ years of experience in a corporate accounting role, preferably in the finance industry

Strong understanding of GAAP principles

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
