Responsibilities:
Participate operationally in day-to-day activities in a fast-paced restaurant
Train and mentor new hires, setting the tone for each shift
Develop and support other leaders in their respective areas
Demonstrate leadership skills by coaching and motivating team members
Challenge yourself and others to continuously improve
Think innovatively to enhance business operations
Create goals and achieve goals in different areas of the business
Ensure excellent communication and uphold cleanliness standards
Offering immediate and respectful response to guests' needs
Having a team player attitude that looks at the good of the business and others before oneself
Assisting with daily decision-making and supporting staff
Oversee an area of operations and constantly look to improve
Ensuring quality and safety of food
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
2-3 years of restaurant leadership experience
College and higher educational degrees preferred but not required
Must have open availability
Understanding of the food and hospitality industry
Ability to create a positive atmosphere and lead a team
Has high level capacity to understand the dynamic challenges and complexities of a multi-million dollar operation, successfully.
