We’re currently searching for a seasoned and imaginative First Cook for our Banquets Department at 1 Hotel Toronto that is well-versed in executing menus that taste delicious from the start of the banquet to the very last bite.

Qualifications

About you...

Passionate about food and a minimum of 1 year experience in banquets

A post-secondary diploma or degree would be a plus.

Advanced knowledge of culinary techniques and execution for a variety of menus.

Excels at communication, both verbal and written.

Able and willing to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
