Senior Performance Analyst

The primary purpose of the Systems Analyst 3 is to work with Solutions Architects and Business Systems Analysts to define and manage functional requirements, and analyze, determine, and document technical requirements.The Systems Analyst 3 is a more strategic role that provides subject matter expertise and support to the Solution Architect role.In addition, the Systems Analyst 3 creates application and technical design specifications for development and support work, and review detailed design specifications, test plans and user documentation for functional and technical completeness and accuracy. The Systems Analyst assists 3 with estimating Opportunity Evaluations (OE) and work requests, perform data design and management activities for development work, and assist with estimating Opportunity Analysis and work requests. The Systems Analyst 3 should be able to perform other team role tasks, as resource requirements and skill sets dictate; these tasks are mostly related to code development and assisting with complex code development. The Systems Analyst 3 must be able to lead a team of developers including reviewing code work from the developers.

Must have skills:

1. Minimum 2 years of experience in implementing and using Adobe Analytics, Target and Launch or Dynamic Tag Manager, Workspace creating reports and dashboards.

2. Understanding of database structures, tables, reference architectures

3. Domo, Tableau, Looker Studio - data visualization

4. Agile & scrum

5. SQL experience

1. Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (nice to have)

2. Adobe Campaign (nice to have)

3. HTML, Javascript & CSS (nice to have)
