What will you do?

Build custom solutions and extensions: Design and develop high-quality custom solutions and extensions for our product, leveraging our proprietary platform and frameworks.

Handle configuration management: Work closely with customers to understand their requirements, configure our product accordingly, and ensure optimal performance and seamless integration with their existing systems.

Migrate and incorporate customizations: Migrate customers from older product versions to newer releases, seamlessly incorporating any existing customizations or implementing new ones as required.

Automate processes: Identify and automate repetitive manual processes to improve efficiency and productivity within the team and for our customers.

Develop integrations: Build and maintain integrations with third-party tools and systems to extend the capabilities of our product and streamline workflows for our customers.

What are we looking for?

2-4 years of experience in designing, building, and maintaining custom software solutions, extensions, and integrations.

Strong proficiency in Django and React frameworks, with expertise in both front-end and back-end development.

Solid understanding of SQL and database management systems, including database design, optimization, and query performance tuning.

Experience with version control systems, such as Git, and familiarity with Agile methodologies and practices.

Proven ability to translate customer requirements into well-designed, scalable, and maintainable solutions.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to break down complex problems into manageable tasks.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field from a reputable institution.

What other skill will make you a great candidate?

Experience in mobile application development (e.g., React Native, Flutter) is highly desirable.

Experience working with B2B SaaS companies in a professional services environment is highly desirable.
