Job Description

Salary: Salary based- $75,000+

We have an amazing opportunity to join our brokerage in Plano, TX.

We're looking for an Agent Partner to join our top-performing real estate team. You'll assist our lead agents by showing properties, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the growth and success of our team. We'd love to have an enthusiastic, customer-focused individual to join our team.

You don't need to have experience in the field - we are more focused on finding the right fit for the team. we can always train on skills.

Responsibilities

Ensure client satisfaction by taking part in activities such as showing houses, hosting open houses, and strategizing with clients

Assist Top Producer level agents with their day-to-day client management tasks

Have a proven track record in sales or customer service

Demonstrate reliability

Have a flexible schedule

Ability to problem solve

Maintain records of current leads and stage them appropriately in our system

Be willing and able to report to our office in Plano, TX

Qualifications

Must possess and maintain a valid Real Estate License

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

A valid U.S. driver’s license and the ability to travel by car is necessary

Be a hard worker and willing to collaborate with the team and other agents

Top-notch time management skills and highly organized

Driven, self-motivated, and desires professional growth
