Linea di Liara & Startex Industries are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our retail team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers, ensuring their satisfaction by providing exceptional service and support. This unique role offers an exciting opportunity to interact with customers from both companies, providing exceptional service and support across various channels.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm CST hours

In this role you will:

Become a product expert - understand how our items work and use that to preemptively address common problems

Answer inbound calls, emails, and questions on selling platforms during 8 am to 5 pm CST work hours

Handle about 10-20 inbound calls per day

Manage about 50 emails and questions per day

Assist customers with product questions, pricing quotes and post-sale issues

Work with our warehouse team to improve order processing and fulfillment times

Help develop, document and implement new processes to improve speed and accuracy

Requirements

Possess a High School diploma or equivalent

Willing to work on a hybrid setup (3 days/week in office and 2 days remote)

Self-starter, motivated to do well and excited to take on challenges and learn new skills

Comfortable answering phone calls and able to adapt as the position evolves

Problem solver, a people person, able to resolve conflicts, and thrives with minimal supervision

Proven experience in company selling physical products (not services)

Computer savvy; Knowledgeable in Gmail, Google Suite, and QuickBooks Desktop

Nice to Have:

Experience with Amazon Seller Central and Wayfair
