Here's What You'll Be Doing on a Weekly Basis:

Identify sales prospects by making proactive phone calls and sending emails to business owners, facility managers, property managers and decision makers to generate opportunities for our Sales Executives.

Use our CRM and may want to include social media and marketing.

Use your creativity to schedule appointment with prospects, communicate with lost accounts and try to get them back, and take a look at our competitors to identify their weaknesses and our opportunities.

Work closely with the Sales team to learn and support the bid process as well as follow-up communications as you grow.

You'll be learning the role of Sales Executive - this associate role is designed to grow into the executive role.

When you achieve objectives, you have the opportunity to get PROMOTED and you'll be earning even more incentive compensation ($100k+).

Requirements

Must Have:

Resilience for cold calling

Enjoy talking on the phone

Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Valid driver's license &reliable transportation

Excellent communication skills (written and oral)

Prior history of building &establishing relationships

Capable of working independently or as part of a team

This position is Safety Sensitive.

If offered a position, candidate will be required to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background screen.
