Reliance Staffing is a premier provider of staffing services. We are headquartered in the state of Texas. We are seeking a motivated sales professional in the Illinois area that is success driven, a self-starter and enjoys closing deals.

Candidates with an established book of business are preferred. We offer the Best Commission Structure in the industry!

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Generate revenue by implementing strategies to attract new clients and expand current client base.

Develop a profit driven sales plan.

Complete 50 cold calls per day.

Visit prospective clients weekly

Work directly with Executive Leadership and Branch Leadership to focus activity to deliver results.

Participate in Branch Meetings to ensure a clear understanding of branch objectives and service needs.

Gather requirements from prospects and customers. Interact with other company departments to finalize proposal details and presents proposals to prospective customers.

Negotiate fees, pricing, value-added services with input from Branch Leader and approval from Executive leadership.

Continue learning by participating in educational opportunities, maintaining personal networks, reading professional publications, participating in professional networking organizations.

Develop a thorough knowledge of assigned territory and regularly interact with potential clients to identify, qualify, and sell new business.

Reconnect and develop relationships with past customers.

Track sales activity through Sales Force software.

Provide weekly reporting to next level manager.

Complete task for operations as requested by management on behalf of company.

Perform other miscellaneous tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree Preferred.

Minimum of 3 years Selling in the Staffing Industry Preferred.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Self-Starter and Self-Driver.

Strong time management and organizational skills.

Excellent interpersonal skills with a high level of professionalism.

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Proven ability to meet sales quotas and exceed them.Company Description
