Job Description

We are an online boutique selling masquerade/Halloween masks.

Need a focused individual to join as a workshop assistant to help in creating products, shipping and take jobs as needed for the business. The ability to work independently and multi-task is a must.

$15.50 per hour starting rate. Raises are given based on quality of your work and the quantity of orders completed in a given time. You must show that you are a self starter, be proactive in taking ownership and responsibility for the success of the business. The sooner the tasks are learned and applied timely and effectively, the sooner your wages will be raised.

JOB DUTIES - You will be sharing this workload in some combination daily with your coworkers.

- Painting/embellishing masks with rhinestones

- Work with feathers, glueing feather designs on masks, hand painting masks

- New product development

- Package finished masks quickly and efficiently while checking for any damages and quality issues

- Printing shipping labels quickly and efficiently while paying attention to order details

- Communicate with clients on custom orders and get approval before shipping

- Keeping an account of current inventory and communicate with owner on reordering supplies/materials

- Restocking shelves when new shipments arrive weekly and recycling of boxes when needed

- Keep workplace/paint/inventory/restroom areas clean daily/weekly/monthly

REQUIREMENTS -

* Keen eye to catch Order mistakes in final product packing.

* Comfortable working with hot glue and crafting materials is a plus.

* MS Office proficiency and ability to create content is a plus!

* Strong verbal ability to independently communicate, respond and follow up with clients

* Having an eye for details and colors and ability to make quick decisions and get order approvals from clients

* Enjoy working as a team member and willing to be a self-starter

* Comfortable with a startup environment, multi-task and meet tight deadlines

* Being well organized and maintaining a clean workspace

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary

Salary: $15.50 per hour

San Pedro, CA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
