Customer Services Representative

Job Description

Our client, a well-established company located in East Providence, RI., is seeking a Customer Services Representative to join their team. Duties will include the following:

Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries and complaints

Provide information about the products and services

Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns

Document and update customer records based on interactions

Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields

Ability to build rapport with clients

Ability to prioritize and multitask

Positive and professional demeanor

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Must be proficient using web based software, and accurate data entry skills

Must present a clear background check

This opportunity is temporary to direct hire for the successful candidate, and is full time (40 hours weekly), working 8 am to 5 pm with one hour lunch break. You will be joining a team of customer services representatives in a friendly and pleasant work environment.
