Job Duties:

Provide advanced skilled electrical maintenance support to all areas of Production and Facilities.

Maintains, tests and repairs electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems and components, including but not limited to programmable controls, PC controls, power distribution, drives, and test equipment.

Troubleshoot and determine equipment malfunctions, and apply skills to restore and repair to operation.

Install, start up, and shut down equipment in accordance with Company safety procedures and in line with OSHA standards.

Advise Operators and line Mechanics of safe electrical operations.

Communicate potential problems and/or inherent dangers to appropriate supervisors, managers, or team leaders.

Maintain Company-required performance and maintenance records.

Perform preventive maintenance functions as directed.

Keep work area clean and orderly.

Comply with all Company policies and procedures.

Perform scheduled Weekly On-Call duties.

Other duties as assigned.

Education:

Two-year technical degree in Industrial Electricity, Electronics, or related work experience

Qualifications:

2+ years of electrical industrial maintenance experience working in a manufacturing environment required.

Good command of basic math, reading and writing is a must.

Good communications skills, both verbal and written.

Must interact well with all levels of personnel both internally and externally.

Ability to work overtime or non-regular hours as needed.

Excellent sense of safety awareness and good housekeeping.
