FRONT OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

Our family-owned Orange County security and low-voltage systems integration company is seeking a Front Office Administrator. This position will start as temporary full-time with a possibility of becoming permanent.

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS

Office Experience:

Answering telephone and routing calls

Light Accounting (A/R & A/P)

Scheduling appointments

Typing/data entry

Documentation

Verbal and written communication

Administrative writing

Knowledge of SAGE MAS90 (SAGE 100) software is a plus

Field scheduling and dispatch experience is a plus

Knowledge of alarm systems and how they operate is a plus

Although daily routines make up the position, there are many aspects that will challenge and allow you to enhance your technical abilities and personal growth.

EXPECTATIONS

Administrative Support:

Answering phones (creating a positive, professional first impression of our company and staff)

Scheduling and dispatching technicians

Using knowledge of Orange County geography to quickly locate customers

Basic accounting

Customer service

Data entry (using Microsoft Office and Outlook)

Filing

The ideal candidate is punctual, customer service oriented, flexible, organized, detailed, self-motivated, assertive, computer literate and able to work with minimal supervision. There are many technical aspects of the job; therefore, security industry experience is a plus. A clean background is required.
