WAREHOUSE SPECIALIST

Financial & Realty Services, LLC, (“FRS”) is recruiting for Warehouse Specialists to service our federal government client in the Baltimore/Gwynn Park MD area. The Warehouse Specialist performs a variety of warehousing duties that require an understanding of the establishment’s storage plan. Work involves verifying materials (or merchandise) against receiving documents, noting and reporting discrepancies and obvious damages, routing materials to prescribed storage locations; storing, stacking, or palletizing materials in accordance with prescribed storage methods, rearranging and taking inventory of stored materials, examining stored materials and reporting deterioration and damage, removing material from storage and preparing it for shipment, moving and relocating furniture, set up of conference rooms. This worker must know how to operate pallet jacks, handheld scanners, forklifts and hand or power trucks to perform warehouse duties. Must be customer service oriented and be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications include:

Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a warehouse with a Warehouse Management System and inbound/outbound transportation.

Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in material processing, physical distribution and materials documentation.

Minimum of three (3) years’ experience with producing successful results with a diverse and large work staff in a fast-paced work environment.

All required experience must have been earned during the past eight (8) calendar years.

Ability to pass a background investigation.
