We are hiring a Product Manager to join our growing Digital Solutions team at 3rd Eye. As the Product Manager, you will identify the customer’s need and the larger business objectives that a product or feature will fulfill, articulate what success looks like for a product, and work within a team to turns that vision into a reality. In this high-impact, high-visibility role, you will be responsible for strategic product management activities for assigned digital products. To be successful in this role, you should be experienced in new product innovation, product road mapping, product demonstration support, and basic project coordination. ** Fleet safety and/or vehicle telematics experience will be given special consideration. This role is located in Chattanooga, TN with some flexibility to work from home or one of our other locations.

What you’ll be doing in this role:

· Roadmap and identify market opportunities for digital solutions

· Follow productization processes to continually analyze existing products and new growths to ensure scalability and profitability.

· Determine strategies and implement Voice of Customer events to gather information for strategic project planning and solution growth.

· Review existing products for opportunity to maintain engagement, determine if product life cycle is complete, work to understand mechanisms for supporting or deprecating product lines.

· Analyze markets and competitors to identify and respond to major industry trends.

· Manage relations and communication of technical details and customer interests between external business facing and internal teams.

· Define existing product landscape and determine product strategy with leadership collaboration.

· Develop appropriate value proposition supportive technical literature and training materials for available and launched products.

· Capture, analyze, and understand product utilization and define metrics for understanding deficiencies.

· Improve upon product deficiencies in alignment with key performance indicators.

· Participate in all major trade shows, collaborate with marketing to form appropriate marketing materials, to booth staffing and training.

What you need to be successful in this role:

· Bachelor of Business and/or Sciences preferred or equivalent experience.

· 2+ years of experience as Product Specialist, Product Owner, Product Manager, and/or software development Project Manager

· Background in digital or SaaS solutions with knowledge of new product development process or SDLC.

· Fleet safety and/or vehicle telematics experience is strongly preferred.

· Understanding of how digital systems communicate.

· Must possess strong analytical and technical abilities.

· Demonstrated ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams as well as lead team projects.

· Predominantly handles matters on own initiative, but communicates routinely with cross-functional teams, superiors, and management.

· Maintains high standards to continually produce fast but carefully thought-out results.
