Join our team of DSPs and work part time or full time on weekends and ENJOY AS MANY AS 4 DAYS OFF IN A ROW!

The DSPs we are looking to add to our team will have at least one year of verifiable experience working with individuals diagnosed with intellectual/developmental disabilities or acquired brain injuries in a community housing setting. Our DSPs support program participants to have active, full and fulfilling lives. DSPs serve as a mentor and advocate; supporting individuals to be engaged in activities that further independent living skills, increase self-esteem and empower participants to make good and informed choices and decisions regarding all aspects of their lives.

The DSPs routine tasks will consist of supporting individuals in the areas of practicing good personal hygiene and social skills, meal preparation and household chores, social skills development and improvement. DSPs will administer participant medications and complete electronic documenting each work shift. DSPs must have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, state required vehicle insurance and a willingness to utilize the DSPs personal vehicle to facilitate for participants to be transported within the community to engage in activities.

Must be available to work days/nights/overnights on the weekends.
