Full Charge Bookkeeper - Metal Fabrication company located in Northwest Houston

Pay range is $35-$40/hr.

Seeking a detail-oriented Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and financial management, and preferably experience within the manufacturing industry or similar.

Responsibilities:

- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes

- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records

- Process payroll and maintain employee records

- Prepare financial reports and statements

- Assist with budget preparation and monitoring

- Utilize accounting software to maintain financial data accurately

Skills:

- Proficiency in accounting principles and practices

- Experience with Quickbooks Desktop

- Strong 10-key typing skills for data entry accuracy

- Ability to perform bank reconciliations efficiently

- Familiarity with corporate accounting procedures

- Proven experience in full charge bookkeeping, accounting roles
