JILZARAH is a young business looking for highly motivated Type A individuals to join our team. Our goal is to build a world class enterprise and to succeed in our mission we need individuals with a passion for excellence and absolute dedication to being the best. To that end we are looking for a sales manager to be responsible for top-line growth, oversee 100+ external sales reps and agencies, attend trade shows, acquire key accounts, and complete related duties.

Education/Experience:

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution

Minimum 3 years of sales management experience

Past track record of success leading a team to exceed revenue goals

Knowledge/Skills:

Strong selling and relationship building skills

Strong leadership qualities with the ability to coach, develop, and motivate a team

Strong data analytical skills (can dig into reports to find opportunities)

Negotiating with customers

Great time management and prioritization skills

Experience in Retail/Gift preferred

Microsoft Office

Computer proficiency

Duties:

Work with company owners to develop and execute sales and marketing strategies

Develop relationships with reps and key accounts

Monitor sales agencies / rep performance and coach for improvements

Monitor and develop strategies for omnichannel growth (B2B website, email marketing, internal sales efforts, etc.)

Work directly with sales reps to maximize territory revenue

Train sales reps on jewelry line and selling

Travel to trade shows to help sell, assist with setup, train reps, etc. (2-3 months over course of year)

Pursue, acquire, and manage key accounts

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
