Location of Position: San Antonio, TX

What you'll do:

The Warehouse Material Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized warehouse, stocking inventory, and receiving and delivering local packages as needed. The ideal individual will be highly organized and understand the basic level of inventory control. This role will also be responsible for operating a company vehicle to make time sensitive deliveries.

Deliver parts and tools to field technicians and maintain inventory levels on technician vehicles.

Perform daily cycle counts.

Set up and maintain bin locations and stock inventory in the correct bin or warehouse.

Greet and assist will-call and walk-in over-the-counter customers.

Maintain tool levels / equipment list and communicate inventory needs to purchasing department.

Receive and document all incoming / returned materials for accuracy and notify purchasing of any discrepancies, damages, or inventory updates.

Ensure the safe, clean, and efficient operation of the warehouse and move products efficiently within the facility.

Manage shipping and receiving activities and review for quality assurance purposes.

Maintain a list of equipment that have been or currently is being used by field personnel to ensure that all company tools are returned in good condition.

Perform all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required

Bilingual (Spanish)

1-2 years of experience working in a warehouse (shipping/receiving) required

Valid Texas driver's license with an acceptable driving record required

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to complete data entry required
