Job Description
Do you love the sound of jet engines and enjoy working around food? We are seeking a detail minded people person to jour our catering team. Shift is 2 pm. to 10 p.m., but there will be some evenings when overtime is necessary to complete the days work; there will be rotating weekend work as well.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Monitor email and answer phone to receive orders and answer inquiries
Attention to detail is a must as most of our orders are "custom"
Provide information about our services
Develop a rapport with our clients
Act as a liaison between client and kitchen staff
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Qualifications include but not limited to:
Previous experience in customer service
Ability to develop a rapport with clients
Ability to multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
BIlingual English and Spanish is a plus
Foodie type knowledge is a plus
Aviation knowledge is a plusCompany Description
