Job Summary

A fulfillment specialist oversees preparing and processing orders in a timely and efficient manner. Their responsibilities include receiving orders and invoices, understanding the needs of clients, participating in loading, and unloading deliveries, locating, and obtaining orders from particular areas, monitoring the inventory of products, and devising strategies to optimize order fulfillment procedures. Furthermore, as a fulfillment specialist, it is essential to maintain an active communication line with warehouse staff, all while implementing the company's policies and regulations.

Job Responsibilities

Þ Manage incoming inquiries via phone and email.

Þ Process work orders accurately by gathering products and package orders for distribution.

Þ Offloading stock deliveries and receiving them in iMedical’s internal inventory systems.

Þ Provide exceptional customer service by promptly and accurately responding to customer queries and concerns.

Þ Process work orders accurately and efficiently, by gathering and ensuring all necessary information is captured.

Þ Collaborate with various departments, including warehouse and diagnostics, to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.

Þ Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, pricing, and promotions to effectively address needs.

Þ Keep accurate records of any complications, transactions, and order status using iMedical software.

Þ Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the operations coordinator to ensure product availability for orders.

Þ Provide support to other departments with special projects.

Þ Performs other duties as assigned, assists with other departments as needed when deadlines are due.Company Description
