The starting pay for this role is $16/ Hour. Rest assured, there is very little call volume, and the role mainly involves responding to emails, ensuring a manageable workload.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Handle incoming customer calls and emails, fulfilling customer needs

Light call volume. Mostly responding to emails. Manageable workload

️Troubleshoot and solve customer issues or guide them to the right resources

Process new orders promptly, check pricing, and track inventory

Learn technical terminology and use our computerized system to track info

Focus on customer satisfaction while promoting our products and services
