Must have an Engineering, Construction Management, or Business degree

At least 4+ years in the construction industry

Healthcare, Industrial, Commercial, and Educational projects

EIT or PE certification is a plus

Background in design-build projects

New construction and renovation projects

Have overseen and managed crews, and design before

Strong written and verbal communication skills
