International Sales Coordinator - Remote Fridays- Fluent in English/Spanish-Amazing Company Culture
We are seeking a Sales Coordinator to join our team. The Sales Coordinator will provide support to the sales team and assist in achieving targets. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepare sales quotations, proposals and correspondence
Identify potential leads regarding customers and competitors
Liaise with various leaders and departments
Present activity reports using CRM Software such as Salesforce
Assist with the development of major international bid proposals
Required:
Fluency in Spanish - a must
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
CRM software; Salesforce.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
