Job Summary: As a Quality Compliance Manager at Central Moloney, Inc., you will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing our quality management system to ensure compliance with ISO standards and customer requirements. You will lead a team of quality professionals and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure the highest standards of quality across all operations. Your responsibilities include:

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement quality management systems (QMS) to ensure compliance with ISO standards and customer requirements.

Lead the development and execution of quality strategies, policies, and procedures to enhance overall product quality.

Conduct regular audits to assess the effectiveness of the QMS and identify areas for continuous improvement.

Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards, staying abreast of changes and updates.

Manage the quality control team, providing leadership, mentorship, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quality standards into all aspects of the product life cycle.

Drive root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions to address quality issues.

Oversee the documentation and record-keeping process to track and report on quality metrics.

Implement and manage a robust training program to enhance the quality awareness and skills of the workforce.

Stay current with industry best practices, technological advancements, and emerging trends in quality management.

Key Qualifications:

Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in quality management, with a focus on ISO standards and Quality GMS.

Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree or certifications in quality management preferred.

Demonstrated experience in successfully leading and implementing ISO 9001 standards.

Strong knowledge of quality tools and methodologies, statistical process control, and Six Sigma principles.

Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards achieving quality objectives.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.

Problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.

Proficiency with precision measuring tools.

Experience with transformer manufacturing or a related industry is a plus.

Requirements:

Ability to work 40 hours per week, weekends/overtime per business needs.

Prior experience working in Quality Management.

Background check, Drug & Alcohol Screening required.
