Financial Analyst

Amotec is actively seeking a Financial Analyst! Our client is a leading manufacturer in the commercial product industry and has been in business for almost 100 years. Reporting to the Finance Manager, the Financial Analyst will play a vital role in providing financial insights, managing costs, and supporting inventory management. Financial Analyst Responsibilities:

Conduct detailed cost analysis to understand the cost structure of manufacturing processes, products, or projects

Analyze direct and indirect costs, identifying cost drivers, and evaluating cost-saving opportunities

Analyze inventory levels, turnover rates, and inventory valuation to optimize inventory management practices

Ensure that financial reporting is accurate, timely, and compliant with accounting standards and regulatory requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance is required

Minimum 2 years of finance experience within the manufacturing industry

Strong Microsoft Excel skills are strongly preferred
