Development Manager

Conditions:

Open vacancy in the International company for the position of network development specialist.

Salary - 3500$ per month.

Bonus - individually

Registration on 1099

Office is not provided.

The nature of work traveling throughout the region.

Duties:

Searching for premises meeting the requirements of the company, negotiating with landlords, concluding lease agreements, organizing and controlling repair work, providing the store with equipment, organizing the launch of the store (solving technical and organizational issues necessary for the launch of the store), solving other issues related to the preparation and launch of the store.

Requirements:

Experience in commercial real estate leasing, construction, procurement, wholesale and retail, and other areas.
