DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

You will supervise the implementation of capital projects and capital investments.

You will recommend short- and long-term facility improvements and expansions.

You will lead initiatives to further productivity and infrastructure integrity.

You will assume technical leadership to ensure safe design throughout the plant.

You will manage the Maintenance Manager as a direct report.

SKILLS

You hold a Bachelors in Engineering.

You have 10+ years of project management experience in food manufacturing.

You are familiar with food plant GMPs and food & human safety requirements. Experience with temperature-controlled production environments preferred.

You identify as a natural leader. Prior management experience preferred.
