Position Overview:

Crossvale is looking for an ethisuatic and motivated BPM Developer who can cater to the diverse need of our customers.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement business process management (BPM) solutions.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define process workflows.

Design and implement BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation) diagrams to model business processes.

Configure and customize BPM workflows to meet business requirements.

Write custom Java code and to extend and enhance BPM functionality.

Perform unit testing, integration testing, and troubleshooting to ensure the reliability and performance of BPM solutions.

Document technical designs, implementation details, and deployment instructions.

Provide technical guidance and support to other team members and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Experience with BPM (Business Process Management) platforms such as jBPM.

Knowledge of workflow automation, business rules management, and decision modeling concepts.

Proficiency in Java programming language and frameworks like Spring Boot.

Familiarity with Quarkus is a plus.

Experience with Kubernetes/OpenShift and microservices architecture.

Experience with BPMN 2.0 and business process modeling tools (e.g., jBPM Designer).

Experience with software development best practices, including version control, code reviews, and automated testing.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
