Job Purpose or Objective(s): You will implement all outcomes and reporting for assigned areas and will lead a team responsible for summarizing important findings and will work with management to use data in their ongoing planning. You will work with CNO's Retail business segment and will function as the primary Reporting and Analytics partner for all analysis and program management. You will report to the Assistant Senior Director of Performance Analytics.

Primary Tasks:

1. You will lead the retail analytic team, implement structure used to analyze product segments, sales performance, and identify all trends and present findings and review additional areas of opportunity for increased efficiency potential.

2. Work with business leadership to develop product category segmentation modeling used to analyze the business and make recommendations for improved pricing and operational efficiencies with a surgical approach to further strengthen CNO's financial position in the retail business segment.

3. Oversee the development and analysis of recurring reporting, PowerBI dashboards, and hoc analysis for department heads and managers to evaluate performance, compare actual results to forecasts, and provide trend analysis.

4. Meet with assigned Business and Program management to review results and identify additional opportunities for analysis.

5. You will independently manage ongoing pricing analyses using internal and external data and play an active role in the annual pricing strategy review process.

6. Work with Business Intelligence development team to automate analysis content for self-service usage by business leads.

7. Participate in the ongoing review of prices, advertising, and loyalty campaign strategies in connection with business planning.

8. Provide Financial Reporting support and analysis to other Choctaw Nation Small businesses including Commercial Leasing, Agriculture, and Print Services.

9. Perform other tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, retail management, or related field and three [3] years of experience in FP&A, retail management, or related discipline, OR seven [7] years of directly related experience in lieu of education.

Advanced Microsoft Office skills including Word, PowerPoint, and Pivot Tables and advanced functions in EXCEL.

Maintain organized workflows, meet deadlines, have integrity, and handle confidential information.

Experience building data models, reporting systems, data automation systems, dashboards and performance metrics that support important program decisions.

Write reports, business correspondence, and document standard operating procedures.
