Responsibilities
Act as the primary point person for all related marketing activity.
Assist CEO and Co-CEO with marketing campaigns and communication programs.
Creation and maintenance of corporate website content
Hold responsibility for generating all Summit collateral related to, but not limited to:
Signage (Pops, Backdrops, name badges)
Registration promotion and forms submission
Digital Programs
Website updates and registration configuration for each Summit
Manage all incoming inquiries from web forms
Presentations in Powerpoint format and other forms of media as needed
Managing printing services with external vendors
Work with internal and external event planners
Provide support as needed to Head of Community for membership program and platform
Maintain contacts database for event management and outreach
Create, configure (frontend and backend) and maintain all forms and processes for Whova, Hubspot, Wix, website, etc., and manage all incoming inquiries
Provide support/manage all tech-based systems, renewals, subscriptions, etc.
Katapult App - project manage the build out and GTM efforts
Creation and maintenance of corporate intellectual property, services documents, PPTs, client reports, etc.
Pull regular statistics reports on website analytics and email campaigns
Manage all interaction for emails currently operating on Google Suite

Your experience:
5+ years in a customer facing role
Prior experience in event planning and project management
Comfort using web-based CRM tools including, but not limited to Salesforce, Hubspot, SharpSpring, Whova, Google Suite, Heroku
Familiarity with SaaS, event platform/video/web conferencing a plus, such as Whova
Strong business acumen and staying cool under pressure
Natural problem solver, obsessed with finding appropriate solutions to meet customer needs
Able to multitask, and obsessed with customer satisfaction
Strong communication and collaboration skills with a ‘can do’ attitude
