Senior HRIS Manager
Direct Hire Full-Time Role
Salary Range: $150,000 - $172,000 per year
Location: Remote Role - PST
Duties and Responsibilities:
Drive the growth of HRIS capabilities to support business needs and strategic vision, focusing on ATS and LMS portfolios.
Partner closely with clients to prioritize the technology roadmap, scope level of effort, and plan resources required for each project.
Serve as subject matter expert for systems, processes, administration, and end-user experience.
Act as project lead for assigned HRIS projects related to implementations; review requirements and scope documents and identify risks.
Evaluate operational effectiveness and develop business cases to prioritize process and system improvement initiatives.
Manage system implementations, upgrades, and system integrations in partnership with IT and other Business Partners.
Ensure technology solutions meet the needs of the business; collaborate with HR Business Partners and business leaders to identify business requirements.
Manage requirements definition and application design by reviewing and approving business requirements documents, functional specifications, and other related documents with the project sponsor; manage User Acceptance Testing.
Identify and implement best practice quality control standards to ensure the highest quality launches.
Ensure management is fully informed of risks, issues, and challenges and provide solutions.
Provide support for the development of training to system users.
Manage and maintain relationships with external vendors and service providers.
Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to the HR Systems team.
Provide leadership on industry and technology trends and best practices.
Effectively translate strategy, goals, and management philosophies into pragmatic and actionable deliverables.
Monitor business initiatives and trends to forecast and optimize HR system requirements.
Requirements and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
5+ years of prior HRIS experience in a leadership role
Experience managing HRIS functions and vendor management
Experience implementing an ATS is preferred
Experience with PeopleSoft is preferred
Excellent analytical and customer service skills
Able to interact with all levels of internal and external personnel
Able to exercise discretion with highly confidential information
Able to lead others by providing expertise, and to manage workload and delegate work to others
Good communication skills, both verbal and written, with all levels of associates
