Our Team:

The Global Brand Building department consists of Brand, Communication, and Creative teams, all working collaboratively and cross functionally to drive brand equity and awareness.

All creative development, from sales collateral to global consumer campaigns are done in-house, making this an opportunity to broaden your creative chops, and flex the ones you already have!

What You’ll Do:

Join a Creative, Close-Knit Team: As a Senior Creative, you will be a member of the Global Brand Building team, collaborating, brainstorming, and doodling with the entire team, particularly the Creative Associate and reporting into the Creative Lead. Your position will play an integral role in developing the ideas and visuals that build our brand equity and brand awareness through our social and ambassador programs, sales support tools, online offerings, portals and more!

Know the Brand: You will become well versed with our brand purpose, mission, strategy and guidelines in order to deliver creative that brings PrimaLoft to life B2B2C.

Own Projects: You will own projects from creative development, presentation, production through final delivery, ensuring feedback, deadlines and key milestones are reached. For larger launches this can span months, while smaller more pressing projects can be a matter of hours.

Participate in Cross Functional and Department Briefings: You will attend creative briefings, technical product briefings, and brainstorm sessions. In addition, should a concept you lead require extensive production, you will assist in developing and delivering creative briefings to agency partners.

Develop Creative Concepts: You will concept and develop original ideas as well as build off existing ideas, campaigns, and concepts.

Coach Junior Creatives: You’ll mentor junior creative(s) on conceptualizing ideas, finessing designs, and presenting work.

Manage Creative Files: You will be responsible for the overall management of your creative files. This includes assisting with pre-production, formatting, exporting, stock photo/video/audio, and sharing for external partners.

Required Skills

5-7 years work experience* with proficiency-expertise in: Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).

Solid design skills, with a portfolio showcasing outstanding technical and conceptual creative work.

Able to work a hybrid schedule: In-office at HQ in Latham, NY Tuesday – Thursday, remote Monday and Friday.*

*Will consider exceptionally skilled candidates with less experience.

*Will consider exceptionally skilled candidates that are remote and able to drive to HQ up to once a month.

Nice, But Not Required

Skills in photography, video editing, animation, illustration, and website creative

Proficiency in After Effects and WordPress

Salary based on experience and skillset. Salary range for this position may fall between $70,000 – $80,000.
