Vice President Finance

We are currently assisting our client, near Wickliffe, OH, with a VP of Finance search. The candidate will be a key member of the senior management team and a strategic business partner to the President in driving business performance. The VP will build and manage financial information and analytics, systems, processes, and infrastructure to support the company’s strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Manages personnel in Accounting, Human Resources, and in Information Technology

Facilitates decision making, business development, and collaborative problem solving at all levels of the company

Effectively communicates at all levels, with the ability to use a hands-on approach when necessary

Operates tactically yet thinks strategically in order to drive operational throughput and margin improvement

Provides advice to the President and assists the Controller in the formulation of overall corporate objectives

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, CPA or MBA preferred

10 years' relevant experience

Strong leadership skills and unquestionable integrity

Familiarity with accounting and spreadsheet applications
