Human Resources Specialist

LHH Recruitment Solutions is assisting our client in their search for a Human Resources Specialist to join their team in Reynoldsburg, OH. This position will sit onsite and help with mostly human resource functions but also with some accounting. This position will work with employees to answer payroll, benefit and employee relations questions, track payroll and vacation and source for new employees. Job Responsibilities:

Point person for employee related questions

Full cycle recruiting (posting jobs, sourcing candidates, interviewing and onboarding)

Administer weekly payroll

Track vacation

Handle HR functions such as recognition, benefits, leave, disciplinary matters

Process payments, entering accounts payable invoices, prepare journal entries

Qualifications:

At least 3 years of Human Resource experience

Comfortable owning the HR role as this position will "be" HR

Experience processing payroll

Strong communication and approachable to employees

Longevity
