Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Operations & Logistics position at Seafood Imports in San Diego, CA. The role involves day-to-day tasks related to administrative assistance, customer service, finance, and analytical skills.
Qualifications
- Answering phones and have excellent customer service skills
- Assistance with Sales orders and logistic/ shipping scheduling
- Create and send customers Invoices
- Data Entry and Accounts Payable & Receivable
- Inventory reconciliation
- Maintain up-to-date import schedules and provide accurate reports regularly
- Incoming/Outgoing Emails
- General Office/Clerical & Operational Support
Requirements
US legal work permission
Ability to multi-task, analyze and resolve problems, determine priorities, meet deadlines, and demonstrate initiative
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Strong organizational, and creative thinking skills.
Ability to analyze and report on data.
Current authorized to work in the United States.
Excellent organizational/detail skills
QuickBooks or similar
Computer skills (MS Office/Mac similar) required Microsoft Excel
- Administrative Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
This position is full-time, with a base salary and a benefits package. The ability to work from our San Diego, CA location is required.
