Compensation:

$28/hr to $35/hr

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

Location:

Palo Alto, CA 5 days a week onsite 8am-5pm, (needed on weekends from time to time) 94301

Duration: 12 months + extensions

Interview Process: 2 rounds with lead and tech manager

Interview Times: Afternoons this week

Must Haves

3-5 years of experience with end user device support

Has a strong background working and understanding Thermal, Zebra, Label, and SAP printers

Hands on experience with troubleshooting Networking equipment, server rooms, Microsoft Office 365, Teams, Apple Mac & IOS

ServiceNow ticketing system experience

Strong understanding of network infrastructure, mobile device support, video conferencing support, and application support

Strong customer service skills to C- Suite Executives

Day to Day

IFF is looking for a Site Technician to support their Palo Alto Site. This person will be desktop support for the entire plant including C-suite executives and needs to have experience with thermal, zebra, and SAP printing. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working alone in a plant environment. The reason this resource needs to have a strong background with printers is because within the plant, the printers are used daily for labeling/ printing items for their fragrance and flavor samples.
