Russell Tobin is seeking a Lead Recruiter focused on Creative/Marketing positions to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for our clients. Candidates must have creative and marketing experience in the Managed Service Provider (MSP) contract recruiting space. This role will sit onsite in our downtown Minneapolis office.

The Opportunity

Mentor/coach Associate Recruiters in the creative/marketing space

Full life cycle recruiting, from sourcing and screening, to closing and proactively managing candidates throughout the entire recruitment process

Providing constructive feedback to candidates throughout the process, including resume submission, interview preparation, interview debriefs and hiring decisions

Partnering with Account Managers to better understand our clients and positions you are recruiting for

Developing unique sourcing strategies to build a continuous pipeline of candidates

Striving to exceed personal and team hiring goals and hit monthly/weekly activity targets

Working with our Contractor Engagement team to effectively manage your onsite workers and creating a positive candidate experience

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in contract, high-volume, creative/marketing recruiting (MSP/VMS experience is a must)

A track record and history of building relationships and providing exceptional customer service

A sense of urgency and adaptability, to keep up with our shifting client requirements

Problem solving skills in an ambiguous and fast paced environment

The desire to coach and mentor associate recruiters

Salary

The target salary for this role ranges from $65,000 to $85,000 per year plus variable incentives. The salary offered will be determined based on the successful candidate’s relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
