-3+ years Remedy administration experience with BS Degree or 5+ years direct Remedy administration experience without BS Degree

-Ability to use BMC Remedy logs and dev studio to troubleshoot complex workflow issues

Day-to-Day

-Creating People Records. Setting up and managing accounts to ensure only authorized users with the appropriate permissions are granted access.

-Troubleshooting basic incidents and escalating to a Remedy engineer as needed.

-Performing foundation data updates following established procedures.

-Reviewing logs and system performance following established procedures. Reporting anomalies using the incident management process.

-Performing patching and deployments under the guidance of a Remedy Engineer.
