Energy Transactional Associate

LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with a highly an AmLaw 100 firm in Washington, D.C. seeking a Energy Transactional Associate to join their team.

Qualifications:

JD from an ABA-accredited law school

2+ of transactional energy infrastructure experience, project & energy financing, M&A transactions, and tax equity or IRA credit experience

Candidate should be barred or able to waive into Washington, D.C.

Job Highlights:

Salary range between $225,000-370,000 (commensurate with experience)

Attainable billable target with up to 100 hours for non-billable activities

Significant deal flow, client contact and high-level responsibilities
