Job Title: E-retail Intern, Latin America

Hybrid: 2 remote days per week
Full-time Internship: 40 hours a week.
6-month internship with the possibility to extend up to 1 year.
MAIN JOB OBJECTIVE
Coordinate and facilitate resources for the correct execution of all initiatives within the e-retail business of the LATAM region (online sales on retailers’ websites), including assets management, innovation projects, guidelines compliance, etc.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Support brand strategy’s execution on e-retailer’s websites framed by Tiers segmentation.
Align E-retail plans and deliverables with E-retail Analyst and markets for an impeccable execution.
Support the collection, coordination creation/adaptation, and delivering all elements needed to execute brand animations, brand space, etc.
Coordinate all steps for the animation path (Material Orders, ticket, asset delivery, execution, sustain)
Materialize innovation and development projects such as: R&R: Coordinate with partner, follow up on mechanics, participants, specifics, execution, results, etc., Sampling, Approval Process, Brand Page, Product Page enrichment, DAM, CRM, Website evolutions, Generosity, Services, etc.
Support team with competitive analysis and follow-ups with the e-retail multi-brand environment.
In case of Subsidiaries markets, the role will primarily be supporting execution.
In case of Export markets, the role will primarily be supporting execution, analyzing and reporting.
Build strong relationships with Central and other markets/regions teams for synergies and collaborative work (to guarantee we always have what is needed to animate and execute our campaigns).
Support the identification, tracking, and analyzing of relevant KPIs from deployed projects.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
Technical skills:
Microsoft Office high proficiency (e.g., Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
Presentation Skills.
Fluent English and Spanish language, Portuguese, and French a plus.
Profile:
E-business knowledge - Marketing and Digital
Knowledge of the luxury and beauty industries
Knowledge around e-commerce suites
Graphic Design understanding (not doing, but understanding related topics)
